  Hello, My name is Michael M. I was hit by a drunk driver in May of 2011 while driving my Semi Truck. The man that hit me was an Attorney. After three shoulder surgeries, four Titanium Plates, and Eight screws put into my neck, a pain stimulator to control the pain from my legs and feet so I can walk, and two years of Therapy. I was left with having no way of working again or driving my truck. After 37 years of driving and achieving over 5 million miles without an accident my worst nightmare had happened. I had two obstacles to overcome when finding an Attorney to take my case. I am a Christian man and to make this decision to sue for damages so I wouldn't have to impose on my children to take care of me was very hard. So I had to find an Attorney that was not only Honest, but willing to go after one of his own colleges in his trade. After long prayer and deciding over several other personal injury lawyers, I interviewed Tom Blackburn. I knew him and his team were the ones I would go with. Blackburn & Green, When they say they care about you and your family, They Mean It. They treat you with respect and they always will pray with you if asked. I had the opportunity to meet, Frank he is one of the other Attorneys with Tom's Team. Also Amanda, Jill and Randi. These are just a few of the legal aids with Tom. The one thing that I always like about Tom and his team was they never lied or gave me False hope about figures. They were also straight up with me as far as what to expect and how long this could take. Right up to the final hearing and even after we were all finished, We took the time to Pray and Thank the Lord for putting us together so some Justice would be done. I feel like I not only hired the Best in his Profession, but through all of this, I feel I have another extended family. If you are faced with a life changing disaster, and need help and want an Attorney and a Team of Honest and forth coming people that will do their very best to get what you have coming and what the law will allow, Than You Need To Hire Tom Blackburn and his Team. He is a God fearing man and takes his profession very serious and most of all, HE DOES HIS JOB WITH GREAT PRIDE AND DOES IT LIKE HIS OWN LIFE AND FUTURE DEPENDED UPON THE OUTCOME.   DEC 10, 2014 My sister is located in Mishawaka, IN. She was involved in an auto accident in OCT 2013. Upon speaking with someone at Blackburn and Green, she was never contacted by an attorney in 14 months. Only received paperwork to complete. A "legal assistant" was said to be handling her case but she never had a face to face appointment with anyone and never rec'd an update about the progress of the case. She was also having to pay her doctors out of pocket for her medical expenses and never rec'd a letter for the doctors' offices to let them know that this is an accident case and that she is not to be paying these bills! This office has advised her that her health insurance is to pay the medical bills because rthe medical portion of her auto insurance is exhausted. This is incorrect. My sister's insurance, whether auto or health should NOT be paying her bills. This usually causes the injured parties insurance to have to sue the at fault insurance in order to be reimbursed for payments made. How does this legal firm think this is ok? Not to mention, NEVER meeting face to face or EVEN speaking with an actual attorney!
