  Two separate experiences at this location have given me reason to go elsewhere. First, having to wait over 15 minutes for a Notary Public when there were zero customers in the store, only to experience quite possibly the slowest Notary ever. In total, a half hour of my life was wasted for what should have been a 5-minute transaction. While having to make copies of private legal papers, I was forced to wait for a staff member to finish copying pages from her textbook for school, and then was not allowed to make the copies myself. The lady perused each and every one of my 40-page legal filings while making 3 copies of each. What could've taken me 10 minutes instead took me almost 45. Ever since, I've made the extended trip to FedEx Office for any related needs.

  It's time to set the record straight, the other reviews on here seem a little outdated. I visit this location multiple times a week, every week, for shipping services related to my business. I find that the staff is very friendly and helpful every time I come in. They have plenty of shipping supplies and related items available for purchase. Most importantly, when I give them boxes to ship out, they ship everything same day. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of convenient UPS shipping and/or shipping supplies. A++
